YARN DYE

With our “Yarn dye” technology, we can dye different types fiber compositions and its blends such as Cotton, Polyester, Bamboo, Viscose, Linen, etc.
The production capacity is 600 tons/month for yarn dye (with dyeing machine range capacities from 3kg to 680kgs)
Waste treatment process is strictly controlled to ensure sustainable development and friendly to environment.

COLOR ROOM

At lab, for blending, COMO uses the Auto Color Service and Spectrophometer of DataColor with a library of more than 500 shades in regular running yarn counts. Quality Assurance Testing Lab was been set up to meet ISO IEC 17025 standard.

Handlooms

For handlooms, we have a full range of CCI equipments from handlooms ( 4 machines), single yarn warping machine, and a seizing machine. We also have Digital Designing & CAD software from Penelope Spain.
